However, scans were a bit slow, even over USB, and photos looked artificial at higher resolutions.
Top quality text is great, really close to high quality typesetter. The smallest font size we checked, 4 point, seemed both well-formed and legible (although I needed magnification to see it clearly).
So text output should suit most organizational scenarios that don’t call for shade.
