The HP Smart Tank 7605 consists of a four-color printer (1200 dpi, color 4800 x 1200 dpi) with four easy-to-fill color ink tanks and an A4 flatbed scanner (1200 ppi) for printing, scanning and copying.
The medium and top models are equipped with an automatic document feeder (ADF) and allow scanning and copying in batch mode. This printer also offers an integrated fax unit (color).
The devices can be used via USB, WLAN / WiFi and BlueTooth Low Energy (BLE) from a computer and smartphone / tablet, the copier and, in the case of the printer, also the fax work in stand-alone mode.
Thanks to dual-band Wi-Fi and the free “HP Smart” app, users can print wirelessly from anywhere.

Basically, this HP Smart Tank 7605 4-in-1 ink tanker with pigment black, dye, two-sided printing, fax and single-sided ADF. A special feature is the integrated “Magic Touch Panel” monochrome display.
With 15 ipm in black and white and 9 ipm in color, it is a bit more agile despite the same print head. So it’s not particularly flexible.
The flatbed scanner has a flat finish with the housing on two sides and allows for easy removal of originals. The resolution of the CIS sensor is the usual optical resolution of 1,200 dpi.
At the back is a USB port for connection to a computer. In addition, an Ethernet connection and WiFi for network integration. WPA3 and also the 5 GHz band are supported.
