Under the series name HP DeskJet, the company Hewlett Packard produces compact printers and multifunctional devices with various functions. With its dimensions of 42.5 x 30.4 x 14.9 centimetres, the HP Deskjet 2130 is the second largest device in the series, the multifunctional printer takes up little space and is also very user-friendly.
Unfortunately, there is no automatic document feeder and no double-sided scanning or printing. In return, HP can copy in color. It does this with a resolution of 600 x 300 dpi. It is also possible to enlarge copies automatically. When printing in color, the printer achieves 4,800 x 1,200 dpi and delivers clear text and good photos.
As a pure photo printer, however, the device is not recommended, because the print speed for a photo in the format 10 x 15 on photo paper is more than a minute. Documents on standard paper print much faster in draft mode, the HP Deskjet 2130 printer produces 16 pages per minute in color and 20 in black and white.
Get the most out of it: print up to twice as many pages with Original HP high-yield ink cartridges. Faster commissioning. Easily set up the all-in-one for printing, scanning and copying with simple operation.
The DeskJet is very easy to operate by means of push buttons on the top of the device. Alternatively, print and scan jobs can of course also be issued from the computer. The HP does not have a built-in fax function.
This is hardly necessary nowadays, as documents can also be faxed via most Internet routers if necessary.
The HP Deskjet 2130 is currently available as a multifunction device with a USB connection with an additional WLAN for integration into a network or printing from mobile devices.
